Edith was a small baby, only weighing 4lb 10oz at birth, but she quickly gained her weight and was
doing extremely well. Edith was a very content and a happy baby, as was her older brother, Seth,
aged 3yrs. He adored his sister and was so gentle and loving with her and also very protective.
Edith brought so much joy into our lives, she was happy, and she made us happy. She giggled when
you tickled her, which reminded me slightly of a squeaky toy, she smiled at you as soon as she heard
your voice or saw your face, and she really enjoyed pulling on Tiggers tail when she was laid under
her play gym.
Edith's Daddy, Seth and I were the happiest we had ever been and could never have predicted that it
was going to come crashing down around us.
We miss our Edith so much and nothing can come close to describe the pain we feel at her loss,

Fiona is so sorry she hasnt visited you in a while, Ive been away and had things to do, I didnt have my computer with me and the laptop I was using was soo slow, I knew you wouldnt mind because I have been thinking of you every day as I always do, I hope your Mummy is ok, and Im back now to light candles every day, So Little one, I'll see you tomorrow, sleep tight x

It's supposed to get easier, it's meant to hurt less!!!!!!!!! Since when and who said this...............Edith, my little sleeping angel, I can never even now forgive myself, I slept on as you took your last breath, what kind of mother does that make me? a mother who now has to sing sweet lullabys to the star that u are, to never hold you again, to never kiss away your tears, to never again see you smile, hear u giggle as u did when Seth sang to you, Its never easy my darling as sometimes I think of you and I smile, sometimes, mostly I cry, but I'm sure in the future, I will think of you n smile I will do my bestest for you angel and think of you only with a smile in my heart! I wonder what you would be doing today if you were with us. Would you know it was your birthday? probably not. I guess you wouldnt even be able to blow out the candle on your cake. Katie would have helped you ime sure. I can see you now in your best dress with birthday cake all over it and in your hair infact head to toe. You would be toddling by now. saying your first words. I'me sad we are going to miss all your first's but I am grateful to have known you, even for a short time.
