Edith was a small baby, only weighing 4lb 10oz at birth, but she quickly gained her weight and was
doing extremely well. Edith was a very content and a happy baby, as was her older brother, Seth,
aged 3yrs. He adored his sister and was so gentle and loving with her and also very protective.
Edith brought so much joy into our lives, she was happy, and she made us happy. She giggled when
you tickled her, which reminded me slightly of a squeaky toy, she smiled at you as soon as she heard
your voice or saw your face, and she really enjoyed pulling on Tiggers tail when she was laid under
her play gym.
Edith's Daddy, Seth and I were the happiest we had ever been and could never have predicted that it
was going to come crashing down around us.
We miss our Edith so much and nothing can come close to describe the pain we feel at her loss,

I am sat crying reading your story and looking at the picture of beautiful Edith. My heart bresks every time I hear of yet another baby being taken by SIDS. So cruel that our babies dies with for no reason. My angel Keaton would be three now and I miss more with every day that passes. Sending you so much love and hoping you find the strength to move along this difficult path that has been laid before us.

How awful that tis has happened to Edith and you as a family I to Live in Gainsborough and lost my partner Franco on the 22/3/2008 nearly 6 months on I still cant believe it but when you loose a child it must be devastating my thoughts and love are with you she was a beautiful child and looked so happy may God watch and keep her safe and send you love to help you cope

They say that time is a great healer, but I doubt thats true. I'm so proud to have been your Mummy, even though it was only for a very short time. You made your Daddy, Seth and me very happy. I still cant believe that you have been taken from us and find myself looking up to the skies in search of you and for some answers.
